Today was one of the best family rides I have ever been on! And... believe it or not Skinner didn't have to be taken to the hospital and his bike ran impressively well.

Further instruction - Turn right at the yellow flashing light in Franklin and follow the road up Maple Canyon. There is parking at the trailhead (but we parked further down on the main dirt road) from there the map we posted says it all. Also further down in the blog I have a link to the travel plan pdf.
watch for amazing scenery, several creek crossings, deer, rocks, etc
The local cowboys on their horses probably do not like us so just be courteous when passing
Idaho has reciprocity with Utah on off road permits so as long as you have a current UT registration you are OK.
Very comfortable crappers (as long as you enjoy squatting over a bush)
